1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and dfbocqi ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated under the domain dfbocqi.cam. These Terms apply to all use of the dfbocqi website, mobile experience, account portal, game offerings, promotional programmes and any related services made available to registered users.

By creating an account with dfbocqi, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing dfbocqi on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they also satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

dfbocqi reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to your registered address where practicable.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User with dfbocqi through the standard registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a User's dfbocqi Account at any given time, excluding promotional or bonus credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, welcome bonuses or other non-cash promotional incentives credited to an Account subject to specific conditions.
• "Eligible Player" means a registered User who satisfies all age, residency, identity and account-standing requirements set out in these Terms.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and payment ownership before processing withdrawals or granting full account privileges.
• "Platform" means the dfbocqi website, all associated subdomains, any authorised mobile access points and all services provided through them.
• "Supported Payment Method" means any deposit or withdrawal channel currently listed and active on dfbocqi, including but not limited to DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet or stake placed by a User on any game, event or outcome available through dfbocqi.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with dfbocqi and to place any Wager on the Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction where a lower threshold may nominally apply. dfbocqi takes a conservative approach to age compliance in recognition of the responsible gambling standards expected of operators serving the Malaysian market.

Any User found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their Account immediately closed, all pending Wagers voided and any Balance, including any winnings generated, forfeited in full.

3.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions

dfbocqi does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law or where dfbocqi does not hold an appropriate licence to operate. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dfbocqi complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. dfbocqi does not provide legal advice regarding gambling legality in your specific location.

3.3 One Account Rule

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary or otherwise additional accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, household or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all associated Balances.

3.4 Self-Exclusion

Any person who has previously submitted a self-exclusion request with dfbocqi or who is subject to a cooling-off period is prohibited from registering a new Account until that period has expired and has been formally lifted by dfbocqi's responsible gambling team in accordance with the applicable procedure.

4. Registration and Account Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of dfbocqi, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. All information provided during registration — including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number and preferred payment method — must be accurate, complete and current at all times.

dfbocqi reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in restrictions being applied to your Account.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal and in various other circumstances at dfbocqi's discretion, you will be required to complete KYC verification. The documents typically required include:

• A valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or current passport.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence issued within the last three months.
• Evidence of ownership of the payment account or card used to make deposits, where applicable.
• A selfie holding your identity document, when requested as an additional verification step.

Verification typically takes between 24 and 48 business hours from the time all required documents are received in a clear and legible format. Incomplete, unclear or suspected fraudulent submissions will extend this timeline and may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Supported Methods

dfbocqi supports deposits made through selected Malaysian payment methods. The currently supported methods may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, and Hong Leong Connect, subject to availability, technical status and account eligibility at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the same legal name as your dfbocqi Account. Deposits from accounts held in third-party names — including family members, friends or corporate entities — are not permitted and may be returned or held pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the dfbocqi cashier. These limits may vary by payment method, Account status and any applicable promotional conditions.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet or real-time bank transfer are generally credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. dfbocqi is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, your bank's processing schedule or network outages beyond the Platform's control.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your dfbocqi Account Balance are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) no outstanding account review or security hold; and (d) the withdrawal request meeting the minimum threshold for the selected method.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

dfbocqi's target withdrawal processing timeframes by method are as follows, noting that these are service targets and not guarantees:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Generally processed within 5 minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Direct bank wire: Typically 15–60 minutes; may be longer during bank maintenance windows or public holidays.

dfbocqi targets processing the majority of approved withdrawal requests within 60 minutes. Delays may occur where additional verification is required, where the request falls outside standard banking hours, or where a third-party payment provider experiences technical issues.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in the same name as your dfbocqi Account. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will not be processed. dfbocqi reserves the right to revert a withdrawal to the original deposit method where that is operationally appropriate.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, free bet credits, cashback offers and other incentives offered by dfbocqi are subject to specific Terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific offer Terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• Wagering requirements must be met on eligible game types. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in the applicable offer terms.
• Minimum odds thresholds apply to sports betting bonuses. Wagers placed at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without fulfilment of conditions, or used in any manner other than that intended by dfbocqi.
• dfbocqi reserves the right to withdraw, modify or decline any promotional offer at any time where it determines that the offer is being abused, misused or claimed in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

7.2 Welcome Offers

Where dfbocqi offers a welcome bonus to new registrants, such offers are available to newly registered Eligible Players who have made a first deposit meeting the minimum qualifying amount. Welcome bonuses are available once per individual, household, IP address and payment method. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times through different accounts or identities constitute a breach of these Terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

dfbocqi actively monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising real game risk, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Where such activity is detected, dfbocqi reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close the affected Account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure and forfeiture of Balances:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the dfbocqi Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, odds or results.
• Attempting to process payments using fraudulently obtained card details or payment credentials belonging to another person.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the Platform.
• Opening an Account for or on behalf of a person who is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other incentives more than once.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward dfbocqi personnel or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dfbocqi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and the compilation and arrangement thereof, is the property of dfbocqi or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes as an Eligible Player. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without express prior written consent from dfbocqi.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dfbocqi and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect loss arising from use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events or third-party provider outages;
• Errors in odds, game results or payout calculations caused by system malfunction, provided that such errors are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable;
• Loss arising from a player's failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised Account access not directly caused by dfbocqi's negligence;
• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble beyond their personal financial means.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dfbocqi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

dfbocqi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated Balance, where dfbocqi reasonably determines that:

• The Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria under these Terms;
• The Account has been used in connection with any of the prohibited conduct set out in Section 8;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other unlawful activity;
• A technical error has resulted in an incorrect account credit and the funds cannot be returned voluntarily;
• The Account has been dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an Account is closed by a User voluntarily, outstanding real-money Balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements and withdrawal processing timelines. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12. Responsible Gambling Commitment

dfbocqi is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices for all eligible players. The Platform offers a range of tools and information to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. These include deposit limit options, session time controls, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion facilities. Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools.

Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be used as a means of resolving financial difficulties, recovering losses or generating income. dfbocqi does not guarantee winnings of any kind, and all players should understand that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome of gambling.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dfbocqi may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. Where changes are material, dfbocqi will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the Platform or via email. The date of the most recent review is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 11.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable legal framework governing the operator's licence jurisdiction. dfbocqi will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before any formal proceedings are commenced.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the dfbocqi Platform or these Terms, you should contact us in the first instance using the contact details provided in Section 15. dfbocqi will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within five (5) business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.
